2-3 Year Olds
Our 2s program is suitable for children in the age group between 2-3 years old
(turning 3 between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026).
This program is ideal for children who have met
developmental milestones for a 2 year old such as:
speaks 50-100 words, uses 2-4 word sentences, walks alone,
walks (not climbs) up and down stairs with railing,
uses simple phrases, follows simple routines, playing with friends.
Diapering will be available in this program.
SCHEDULE:
2 days: Mon/Wed - 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
2 days: Tue/Thu – 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
CLASS RATIO:
1 teacher to 7 students
CURRICULUM:
LANGUAGE & LITERACY
Play based, language rich environment where children are exposed to new vocabulary
Opportunities to express language, especially needs and wants
Exposure to nursery rhymes, finger plays, songs and literature throughout the day
Beginning to recognize their own name
MATH/SCIENCE
Counting and one to one correspondence
Basic color and shape recognition
Mathematical language such as bigger and smaller, shorter and taller
Exploring and investigating with science such as mixing colors and planting seeds
SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING
Beginning to develop positive relationships with adults and peers
Recognize basic emotions
Begin to understand and follow rules
Begin to share materials and take turns
MOTOR DEVELOPMENT
Practice with fine motor skills using crayons, markers, paint, puzzle, floam, playdough and so much more!
Practice gross motor skills such as climbing, running, digging, pedaling, and throwing

Music Class
Our Music teacher brings songs to life, inspiring young learners through the power of music! Each interactive class features singing, instruments, and creative movement, making music a joyful and enriching experience. Through rhyme, rhythm, and patterns, children build language and phonemic awareness in playful, meaningful ways.
Cornerstone Kids
Children gather to sing songs, explore Christian themes, and pray together in a joyful, welcoming setting. Each theme is inspired by the Fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peach, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
